What are your opening times in connection with the corona virus?

The shop is open at normal times. We do not have adjusted opening hours. We do, of course, take extra measures to prevent contamination.

Can I return my order in the store?  

Can I return my order for free?  

You are responsible for the costs of returning your purchase. The cheapest return is possible via a GLS parcel point. If possible, send your purchase in the original packaging. We recommend that you send with signature for receipt.

Can I also exchange my product?

Yes this can. It is easiest to re-order your desired item in the correct size. It is also possible to indicate on the return form which size you would like to receive. When we have received the product, we will send the desired size. You will be informed of this by e-mail.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

If the package cannot be delivered on the second delivery attempt, you will receive an email with an invitation to choose an alternative delivery date or the option to pick up your order at a GLS parcel point in the area.

How many days do I have to return?

Why is there a blue label attached to my product?

We attach a fitting label to all items that you order from Hans Voortman. See the information on the fitting label why we do this. Returns without depreciation is only possible if the fitting label with original blue tie-wrap is attached and there are no indications that it has been removed. When you return an item without an attached fitting label, we can pass on the depreciation to you. For more information, please contact customer service.

What is the expected delivery time?  

The delivery time depends on your home country. In Europe it takes 2-5 days. Rest of the world 5-18 days. You can look at your track and trace to see a specified delevery date. 

Will I receive a Track and Trace code?  

Yes you will get a track and trace code by e-mail when we have shipped your order with a delivery date. 

Where do I enter my discount code?  

In the shopping bag page. 

Why haven't I received an order confirmation yet?  

When you have successfully placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail. Have you not received this email 30 minutes after placing your order? Then view the spam folder. Can't find the email yet? Please check your entered e-mail address and contact customer service.

What payment methods are there?

On our website you can pay with iDeal, PayPal, GiroPay, BanContact / MisterCash, Apple Pay, In3 and Creditcard. You can also pay with AfterPay. We charge € 0.95 in payment costs for an order via AfterPay, a surcharge of 1% for Apple pay and a surcharge of 3% for In3. Go to the Ordering & Payment page for more information.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation by e-mail, you can cancel or change your order by calling 0548-512274. (Mon-Sat 9:30 am-5:30pm). You can also email us at customerservice@hansvoortman.nl, but calling is the most practical. Once you have received a shipping confirmation, you can no longer cancel or change your order.

Can I be sure that I buy genuine designer clothes from Hans Voortman?

At Hans Voortman you can be sure that you are buying a real branded blade. We are an official reseller of all brands that you can find in the store or online. You can therefore shop with peace of mind for brands such as Stone Island and Parajumpers. You can usually check this on the website of the clothing brand. Often the clothing is also provided with a code, the Certilogo code, which you can enter on www.certilogo.com to determine the authenticity. You can also check our reviews on Facebook or Google.

Are the prices shown on the website in euros and include VAT?

The prices stated on the website are always in euros (€) and include VAT.

Are shipping costs charged?

Is je totale orderbedrag onder de €60,00? Dan wordt er €4,95 als verzendkosten in rekening gebracht. 

How do I cancel an order?

You can cancel your order as long as it has not yet been processed. You can see this in the order under "Status". Contact us via customerservice@hansvoortman.nl.

How can I order a product?

A) Placing products in your shopping bag

  • Search for a specific product through the categories in our main menu, using the filter menu on the left to refine your selection.
  • After you have selected the correct color and size of the product you have chosen, click "In shopping bag". After you have done this, click on "Add".
  • The total amount of the products selected by you can be found at the top right of the website. By clicking on "Shopping bag" or "Checkout", you can view which products you have selected.
  • Here you will also find your Shoppingbag overview, where you can always remove an item by clicking on the cross next to the relevant product.
  • Finished shopping? Then click on "Order" on the overview page.

B) Log in, register or order without an account

  • Log in if you are already a customer.
  • Not a customer yet? Then click on "Register" and enter your details. Click on "Confirm" to finalize your registration. After registration you will receive a confirmation email.
  • You can also order from us without an account. Immediately click on 'Order', enter your details and then click on 'Confirm'.

C) Confirm order

  • In the order overview that follows, you can confirm the order.
  • Check your shopping bag and address details. You can now still change your delivery and / or billing address.
  • Click on "Choose payment method" to finalize your order.

D) Choose payment method and complete the order

  • After the above actions, you can choose a payment method and confirm by clicking on "Payment". You will then be forwarded to the payment page.
  • On our website you can pay with iDeal, BanContact / MisterCash, Creditcard, and Giro pay.
